Artist's Comments
I felt a bit of pressure with this picture; without question before this piece, I felt "Silver Future" was my best work to date. I know artists have a tendency to love their latest work, but I really didn't think it was much of a contest even with all of my corporate work. Don't get me wrong; I love the majority of my recent work, but I really think "Silver Future" elevated me to a new level.
So then how do I approach the next picture? I put it off for several weeks and finally decided one weekend to get proper drunk and attack it. I'm really proud of this picture and I'm very happy with how it came out. This may become the 2nd print of mine I hang up on my wall. Thanks to *mjranum-stock as always for incredible stock, and to ~the-hoax for being a truly breathtaking model. The butterfly's are from =Shoofly-Stock as well. Thanks for taking a look! |
